Castle Group Announces Promotion of Alejandro Von Steinbeck to Director of Operations

Castle Group, the premier choice for property management, proudly announces the promotion of Alejandro Von Steinbeck to Director of Operations after five years with the company, most recently leading Talent Acquisition during a period of record‑breaking hiring performance. 

Von Steinbeck has distinguished himself as a trusted leader known for operational excellence, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to supporting Castle Group’s teammates and customers. In his new role, he will provide strategic and operational oversight across key Home Office functions, including Facilities, Office Management, Client Communications, Production, and Resident Services. Partnering closely with the executive team, Von Steinbeck will focus on advancing efficiency, consistency, and service delivery across the organization.

Von Steinbeck holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Child Psychology from Florida State University and brings prior experience from the staffing industry. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and participating in endurance sports.
